We are a 13-bedded Hospice, serving the communities of Merton and Sutton by supporting those with life-limiting conditions to live their lives as fully as possible. Around 80% of our patients are cared for and supported in their homes by our Community Team. In addition to our inpatient care, we also provide Psychological and Wellbeing support to the community. Caring for people at the end of their lives, and supporting their families, can be challenging but also rewarding.
